This app encourages Saveway grocery shoppers to buy more organic and sustainable products at Saveway. I served as the creative director and interface designer on a team with Sarah Van Bemmel and Michelle Kiefer. Name altered for copyright reasons.


Creating Conscientious Shoppers
Saveway has a wide variety of organic and sustainable products, but they often get overlooked in the store. By integrating this app with their Saveway card, customers can get personalized coupons and recommendations that encourage environmentally friendly shopping, eventually resulting in free reusable grocery bags when their purchases in a given category reach 100% organic.

We interviewed Saveway's customer base, developed storyboards, and went through countless iterations until we came upon a simple, clean interface that encouraged our desired consumer behavior and was intuitive to use.
